Built by practitioners
who actually lift.

Science of Strength was built to bridge two worlds that have always belonged together — clinical expertise and real-world strength coaching.

"Clinical rehab and strength coaching shouldn't be separate conversations."

Too many practitioners sit on one side of a line — either clinical and cautious, or performance-focused and oblivious to health context. We don't accept that tradeoff.

Science of Strength exists because our clients deserve both: the rigour of clinical exercise physiology and the effectiveness of serious strength coaching. Together, in the same room, from the same practitioner.

01

Evidence first, always

Every programming decision is grounded in peer-reviewed research. We read it, we apply it, and we update our practice when the evidence changes.

02

Honest over comfortable

We tell clients what they need to hear, not what they want to. If your technique is the problem, we'll say so. If your programming is the problem, we'll change it.

03

Long-term over quick fixes

We build athletes and healthy people, not short-term results. That means periodisation, load management, and sustainable practice — every time.

04

Practitioners who train

We compete, we lift, we know what training actually feels like from both sides of the programming sheet. That context shapes how we coach.

The people behind the programming.

A small team of accredited practitioners and coaches. Everyone here trains, and everyone here cares.

What you can always expect from us.

01

A proper assessment

Every new client gets a thorough intake — training history, injury history, goals, lifestyle. We don't programme before we know who we're programming for.

02

Honest communication

Progress isn't always linear. We'll tell you what's working, what isn't, and why — and we'll adjust accordingly. No spin, no BS.

03

Ongoing support

Regular check-ins, accessible coaches, and a team that responds. You're not on your own between sessions.
